ABSTRACT
The author discusses the importance for recruiters to practice what they advocate, and shares responses in a discussion forum where she posted her impressions of recruiters she interviewed who were not able to present themselves in the best light possible. Responses discussed include interviewee's tendency to analyze the motivation for the question which can add to stress, poor quality of curriculum vitae (CV) which do not give justice to the person, and a feeling of being rushed.
