Planning the perfect bathroom

September 2003
Australian House & Garden;Sep2003, Issue 9, p220
Bathroom design is all about smart planning for small spaces. No longer purely functional, best bathrooms combine aesthetic appeal with practicality, handling frantic morning routines and soothing late-night soaks with equal ease. First up, one should decide where major fixtures such as the bath or shower will go, and plot them on a scale drawing of the room. One should allow space to move around and take into account door openings.
