ABSTRACT
This article proposes an integrated management approach for the use of maturity models. This approach depends on the capabilities of an organization for incorporating change-, process-, knowledge- and IT management. The applied methodology is mainly qualitative and explorative, based on a literature review with respect to maturity models, change-, knowledge- and process management. Finally, this work provides orientation for organizations in order to implement maturity models based on different organizational views.
