ABSTRACT
The article shares insight from Darrell McNair, chief executive officer (CEO) of MVP Plastics, on the issue of workforce diversity in business in Northeast Ohio. Emphasis is given on the need for corporate board of directors to make conversations about building a diverse workforce a priority and the need for commitment from the business community. Also noted is the search by business leaders of diverse candidates for leadership positions.
