Roger Bootle, financial consultant columnist, adviser to the House of Commons and visiting professor at Manchester Business School, England, is also an economic adviser at Deloitte & Touche LLP (DT). Although his main activity is running his Marylebone-based consultancy business in London, England, since the beginning of October 1999 Roger has been assisting clients of DT with business plans and the impact of government policy. He will also produce a DT quarterly economic review.
