Reports on the plan of AIDS Project Arizona to expand its outreach program called Together, Responsible, Informed, Black and Empowered (TRIBE) to encompass youth and senior groups, and increase collaboration with faith-based organizations, businesses and schools. Plans of Vivian Phillips and Darcy Haynes, who joined the project, for the TRIBE program; Other additional staff of the TRIBE program; Prevalence of AIDS infection among Afro-Americans, according to reports in 2001.
