This article presents a telephonic conversation regarding an advertisement by Norwich Union Insurance Group. The 9am conversation got off to a bad start. The woman didn't seem very happy and initially failed to live the "quote me happy" line. However, she warmed up after it was pointed out the lack of joy of the woman at dealing with call. As soon as she knew it, she used the first name of the caller and it didn't sound forced. By the end she had cheered up considerably. And the quote she gave was cheaper than my existing insurer. So despite an unpromising start, it was in fact quoted happy.
