The article discusses how schools can introduce conditions where English language learners (ELL) can thrive and learn successfully. Also cited are some strategies like combining high expectations with culturally-responsive teaching, integrating social-emotional learning, and designing learning intervention systems, as well as the steps to monitor educational progress like assessing the effect/s of the systems in student learning.
