ABSTRACT
The article reports that CEOs at U.S. firms that shipped jobs overseas last year received an average pay raise of 46 percent, more than five times the average pay raise for all CEOs. The study also found that average compensation for CEOs at the 50 largest outsourcing companies was $10.4 million in 2003, 28 percent higher than executives at 365 large companies surveyed by Business Week, who earned an average of $8 million each.
