ABSTRACT
This article reports that the company SkyCity Entertainment circled a stellar triple-currency $400 million deal via Deutsche Bank AG. This was up from the $150 million figure the deal was launched with, and it was oversubscribed. SkyCity issued private senior notes rapping New Zealand, Australian, and U.S. dollar currencies and circled across four tranches, a seven-year bullet circled at 135 basis points over Treasurys, a 10-year bullet circled at 140 basis points over Treasurys, a 12- year bullet circled at 155 basis points over 10-year Treasurys, and a 15-year bullet circled at 175 basis points over 10-year Treasurys.
