ABSTRACT
Reports that a private finance initiative contract that delivered a terminal at Inverness Airport in Scotland is set to be dismantled. Plan of the state-run Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd. to buy out the 25-year contract with Inverness Air Terminal Ltd.; Finance for the terminal by the project company; Payment of a charge for every passenger flying from the airport.
