ABSTRACT
The article presents news related to the U.S. nuclear power plant industry. The Dominion Nuclear Business Unit, which operates the North Anna Power Station in Mineral, Virginia, the Surry Power Station in Surry, Virginia and the Millstone Power Stilt ion in Waterford, Connecticut has joined the energy providers coalition for education as its newest member. Energy corporation and board member and former president Donald C. Hintz has received the Platts lifetime achievement award at the prestigious Plaits global energy awards held in New York City, New York.
