New Gilroy Foods Controlled Moisture Fire-Roasted Grilled Vegetables from ConAgra Foods combine the popularity of fresh-roasted vegetables with the ease of quick-frozen. The vegetables are cut and cleaned, then pre-roasted, grilled and drained of excess water before freezing. Varieties include Anaheim Green Chilies, Roma Tomatoes, Red Onions, Corn and Carrots. Mini Dessert Fillo Shells from Athens Foods make it easy for operators to create desserts in little time. Made from light, flaky layers of fillo dough, the Shells are fully baked and fresh frozen.
