Reports on the increase in obesity rates among school-aged children in Western Australia, according to Billie Giles-Corti, associate professor from the University of Western Australia's school of population health. Factors that contributed to the increased number of obese children; Minimum number of steps that children must take to prevent them from becoming overweight; Concern on the drop-off in the amount of exercise done by children.
