The chemical composition of the leaf oil of Oxandra lanceolata (Sw.) Baill. was studied by GC and GC/MS. Ninety compounds of the oil were identified, of which spathulenol (13.9%), α-pinene (7.6%), limonene (6.6%) and β-pinene (5.6%) were the major components.
