ABSTRACT
This article discusses the sex education in the public schools. The author defines sex education as a course of action by the schools to bring out socially desirable attitudes, practices and personal conduct on the part of children and adults that will best protect the individual as a human and family as a social institution. The author has discussed the basic difficulties in establishing the objectives of sex education. The author also presented his opinion on the obstacles on developing sex education.
