The article presents updates related to performing arts in Broadway, New York City. The play "Wicked" has earned 1, 362,006. Other plays including "The Lion King," "Monty Python's Spamalot" and "The Color Purple" had experienced declining sales. All in all, sales slowed. New productions have come to replace three shows which already closed down.
