ABSTRACT
The article reports that business research leader and marketing consultant of International Business Machines (IBM) Corp., Merlin Stone has severed his ties with the company after a 12-year association. He has spent five years on the IBM Business Consulting Services payroll and was a sponsored professor and research expert for seven years. He has been responsible for developing cutting-edge customer management programs for clients. Stone said that he is quitting to become a director of change management consultancy WCL.
