ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to students. About four dozen students from Cleveland area high schools plans for developments though the city is struggling with a host of economic and social ills. Lesley College has sponsored a writing contest for middle and high school students to promote cultural awareness among Portuguese Americans. Some talented Hispanic high school seniors will receive college scholarships in the year 1991 under a program sponsored by the College Board.
