The article informs that William and Charlotte Parks Foundation for Animal Welfare supports animal protection organizations as well as funding individual scholars who are pursuing courses of study that might advance the trust founders' goals. Grants are not awarded to improve animal health, for local spay/neuter assistance, to save endangered species, to rehabilitate wildlife or to support political candidates.
