ABSTRACT
The article describes how five women with varying body shapes lost weight. The five women emailed their weekly exercise logs to fitness trainer Chris Freytag and followed the advice of nutritionist Lisa Young. Freytag said that a person can exercise smarter and get better results by building a body-sculpting plan that is targeted to the person's figure.
