ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the perennial Environment, Safety & Health Forum held by the Environment, Safety & Health Division of the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association (NSSGA) at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. on October 10-12, 2005. Several topics have been discussed including safety leadership, contractor liability, environmental management systems, diesel particulate matter, endangered species, confined spaces, and wetland.
