ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the architectural design of a house located in Grey Highlands, Ontario. The aim by Ian MacDonald Architect Inc. for the design is to provide a spatial framework that will enhance one's appreciation for the site. Green roofs and a geothermal mechanical system are some of the house's environmental features. The distinguishing features of the place are the restored barn and the meadow.
