Feiock was a recipient of a Fulbright scholarship on the privatization of local government services. Frances L. Edwards was appointed associate professor of political science and director of the Masters in Public Administration program at the San Jose State University. Antoinette Samuel was appointed to the American Society of Association Executives Executive Management Council.
