ABSTRACT
A list of bills before the 109th Congress of the United States related to health, human services and drug policy is presented. A description of the bill, chief sponsors in the House and Senate, and the action of each chamber is listed. Among the bills before Congress are the Personal Responsiblity, Work and Family Promotion Act of 2005, the Second Chance Act of 2005: Community Safety Through Recidivism Prevention, and STOP Underage Drinking Act.
