Using Pupil Scores To Access Teachers Criticized as Unfair

According to a research firm, a test that is expressly used as a major instrument in evaluating the effectiveness of schools, teachers or students, must be relevant to the curriculum and thorough in its coverage in the context of well aligned curriculum.
