The article presents various websites which provide information on balanced healthy and active lifestyle to combat childhood obesity. The electronic field trips of www.bluekidsonline.org by The Children's Health Education Center has games, multimedia presentations, and interactive learning activities. Health Teacher Interactives' www.healthteacher.com offers body mass index calculators, interactive food pyramid game and nutrition-related cartoons. American Heart Association's www.justmove.org includes health and fitness pointers.
