ABSTRACT
The article discusses the use of magazine study which is being advocated by two groups of people, those interested in the study of current history and those concerned with the study of modern literature, as a tool for teaching high school students in the United States. The first group consists teachers of history, civics and economics. The second group is English teachers. The modern journals are the people's literature and that it is important for high school boys and girls to become acquainted with the best that their time has to offer. The outline of magazine study is provided.
