ABSTRACT
The article discusses the need for careful attention to system-level tradeoffs when designing a mixed-signal mobile telecommunication devices that integrates digital, analog and radio frequency (RF) signal paths in the United States. System architects and system-level designers face several mixed-signal design challenges, including integrated-circuit and systems-on-a-chip design, the partitioning of analog and digital signal processing and the balancing of conflicting design goals when partitioning a system between RF, analog and digital blocks.

We give a brief discussion on the amplitude and frequency variation rates of the sinusoid representation of signals. In particular, we derive three inequalities that show that these rates are upper bounded by the 2nd and 4th spectral moments, which, in a loose sense, indicates that every complex...

This paper presents a new approach to the generation of NC tool-path from random scanned data. Instead of using smooth or triangulated surfaces reconstructed from the raw data, we use the point-based Surfel models to generate NC tool-paths. As a result, the tool-path generation is more efficient...
