ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's experience while traveling to the occupied territories to see how construction of the Separation Wall is progressing in Israel. According to the author, like many other villages close to the Green Line, the internationally recognized border between Israel and the West Bank, is in the path of the Israeli-built Separation Wall which, when construction of the section is complete, will remove half of its agricultural land. The Israeli government claims that the Wall is designed to stop terrorism, but Palestinians say that it is about taking more land and protecting Israeli settlements.
