This article reports on HIV-positive persons in relation to spirituality and quality of life. It discusses the importance of spiritual well-being in coping with a chronic illness and the effects of spirituality and quality of life on the lives of HIV-positive persons. Moreover, Nurses need to encourage every HIV patients to embrace their own sense of spirituality as an adaptive mechanism for coping with disease.
