ABSTRACT
The article reports on the termination of war and maintenance of stable and lasting peace in the U.S. The universal cessation of nuclear weapons tests could be an important step toward the removal of the danger of atomic war and reduction of the danger of the occurrence of war in general. Nuclear weapons tests are dangerous not only because of the possible use of these weapons in the future. This is also the reason why people are desiring to end the experimental explosions of nuclear weapons. The Conference of Experts considered each method for the detection of weapons tests and the possibilities of simultaneous utilization of several methods.
