ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the U.S. Supreme Court affirmation regarding the deportation order under Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA) in the U.S. Immigration law provides that the Immigration & Naturalization Service may recreate an order for removing an alien unlawfully. The IIRIRA amended the Immigration and Nationality Act to expand the class of illegal re-entrants whose orders may restrain and to restrict the range of relief available.
