ABSTRACT
The article critics the article "Wind Power Now!" by David Rittenhouse which was published on the October 1975 issue. The author says the previous article might have oversimplified the problem and presents his own discussion of the issue. First thing he considered is the unclearness whether is it wind-powered generators as part of national and regional power grid or are they independent systems. The cost of the system do not seem to give proper accuracy considering the type erected in Denmark cost more than the lowest estimated value given as example. More issues must be considered in the use of wind energy to generate electricity.
