ABSTRACT
The article examines the Arab-Israeli peace treaty from an Israeli viewpoint. Referring to the Camp David peace treaty between Israel and Egypt, the author provides insights on the future relevance of the security position in the middle eastern region. The success of the Camp David peace treaty shows that courageous and determined political leaders in Israel and other Arab countries led to a successful international agreement.
