ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of Fox 2000 Pictures company to remake the musical film "Carousel," which will star Hugh Jackman in the U.S. The musical film was originally released by Fox in 1956, starring Gordon MacRae and Shirley Jones. In the remake, Jackman would play the role of Billy Bigelow, a carnival barker whose temper puts him in the middle of a robbery that leads to his death.
