ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the increased discontent and disorder among teenagers in the United States. The American government has adopted many corrective measures against this discontent and disorder, however, all of them have failed to diminish this adversity. Certain people advocates the need for more clinics and expert diagnosticians to fix disorderly individuals. Disorderly conduct is promoted by the lack of conditions essential for personality development. Personality is subject to malnutrition and certain malnourished personalities become aggressive.
