ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Welsh Assembly has said that the southeast of Wales will need an extra 400,000 room nights annually by 2010 to meet the demand for hotel accommodation. Hotel demand across the region is predicted to rise to 2.85 million room nights annually over the next four years with Cardiff expected to continue as the largest market.
