ABSTRACT
The article offers advice on apologizing. Rude or inconsiderate treatment and impatience are some of the behaviors that need apology based on a research conducted by author Beverly Engel. Fake, angry or conditional apologies should not be given. The reasons for apologizing to a person should be explained.
