ABSTRACT
The author reflects on saying yes. He encourages to say yes to everything a client wants, to at least one new upstart law firm or legal service provider, to attending at least one national corporate counsel conference per year. According to the author, saying yes can lead to friendships, new opportunities and eventually the general counsel's position.
