ABSTRACT
The article reports on a car packed with explosives that was detonated at the Al Qadisiyah post along the Iraqi-Jordanian border on October 9, 2006. Sources said the car was driven by a Sudanese suicide bomber whose hands had been chained to the steering wheel. Jordan, in response to these attacks and threats of other Al Qaida strikes, is upgrading security along its border with Iraq.
