ABSTRACT
The article reports on the announcement by Alcoa Fastening Systems about the establishment of two new manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China. A press release said that the new facilities will support the fast growing commercial aviation and railway and rail car production and sub-assembly of the company. The facilities are also expected to apply the latest manufacturing technology.
