ABSTRACT
The article talks about the company's motivation of their young employees. Accordingly, young employees fall into two groups, that include generation X, those born between 1965 to 1980 and those from generation Y, classified as those born between 1980 to 1994. Consequently, each generation has a distinct set of values, view of authority and sense of loyalty, and they must be motivated as well as managed differently.
