ABSTRACT
The author presents an apology rule book that he wrote for men who do not know how to apologize. His first rule states that men must first recognize what they are apologizing for. He criticized Congressman Mark Foley for spending more time on the precise wording of his instant messages than he did on the apology press release he issued afterward.
