MS hospital, Premier earn Baldrige awards

The article reports on the award to be given to North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) and Premier Inc. as announced by U.S. President George W. Bush and U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez. Both Premier and NMMC will receive the 2006 Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. Only three organization in the U.S. will receive the said award. NMMC will receive the excellence award for the health care category while Premier will receive the award for service.
