ABSTRACT
The article suggests ways to efficiently and cost-effectively market the franchise systems around the world. Reasons behind the decision of franchise companies to expand internationally are cited including their interest in building more brand and shareholder value. The importance of assessing the international potential of the franchise before venturing globally is elaborated.
