ABSTRACT
In this article, the author traces the history of the Baker-Hamilton commission, also known as the Iraq Study Group. The report is expected to be delivered to President George W. Bush on December 6, 2006. After the President is informed, congress will be filled in, then there is a planned media blitz that should last at least five days. One of the Study Group's experts warned that there is no perfect solution.
