ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the argument whether there should be single-sex public schools and classes in school districts in the U.S. The single-sex schools have certain advantages for some boys and some girls. A number of schools have shown phenomenal success. In single-sex schools, some girls feel more comfortable in math classes or science classes. While some boys feel more comfortable in all-boys classes in foreign languages, arts and literature.
