ABSTRACT
The article reports that commercial real estate collateralized debt obligations (CDO) issuance is on track to set a volume record for 2007 in the U.S. At the recent Commercial Mortgage Association's investors conference, a survey revealed that 46 percent actually see a negative effect on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) side to fund their below-investment-grade investments.
