ABSTRACT
The article reports on the Low Carbon Buildings Program grant scheme in Great Britain. It will encourage the public to install micro-generation systems. However, it has been struggling with the government funding. It is inferred that such funding is drastically inadequate because solar energy's comparative uptake of the technology has been poor, despite being considered as the biggest source of microgenerated power.
